For cross‑border international purchases, you may unlock our free standard shipping benefit when your order subtotal hits $100 and above, subject to eligible destination regions.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Schedules

Our warehouse team generally dispatches qualified orders on the next following business day. Standard shipping will be automatically assigned for every purchase unless shoppers manually select an alternative delivery solution during the checkout flow. After shipment is completed, parcels normally arrive within 15 business‑day windows.

Please be advised that fulfillment and dispatch services remain suspended during weekends and official public holidays. Any orders submitted from Friday through Sunday will enter processing workflow and ship out on the upcoming Monday business day.
